About Andy & Michelle
Andy and Michelle have over 30 years expirience working with pets. Together we have worked hands on with every type of pet you can imagine. Since 1989, Andy has worked in pet stores and taken care of fish aquariums for many businesses and residents in Amarillo. Michelle has trained dogs professionally since 1996. After years of consideration we decided to open a store of our own. In 2006, we opened Animal Lodge. The business has been a blessing from the Lord. We love to get to know our customers and their precious pets.
Andy and I have been married for 10 years. We have two children, Nicolas who is 7 and Eliana who was born in Dec 2009. We have four dogs. A Bernese Mountian Dog named Sutter, an English Springer Spaniel named Daisy, a mini Poodle named Bosley and a Chihuahua named Stella. We also have a cat named Mau, a canary named Barron and 6 hens! We enjoy spending time with our family. We have a passion for holistic living. Right now we are continuing our education to become Master Herbalist.
